1.How does the conception of a multiverse (where we find ourselves living in an almost infinite realm that cannot be defined) make you feel? Knowing that you are made up of atoms and material stuff, how does it change the conception you have of yourself?
I think that the conception of multiverse is interesting. Actually I have read couples of novel based on that concept which characters will go through different life experiences by making different decisions meanwhile those decisions create whole bunch of multiverses. It dose make me feel kind of creepy and start thinking that what if I did not make such choice ,where will I be? or how things could be different ,will I even exist at this point ? By knowing that I am made up of atoms and material does not change my conception because that is what I always think of since I took my chemistry class . And not only just I am made up of atoms ,every thing on earth is made up of atoms. However ,these atoms form differently and react differently ,therefore we have the world so differently.
2. Quantum Mechanics is based on probability. How does a deep understanding of chance alter your philosophy on life?
After watching the quantum mechanics films on class ,I realize that it is such a miracle that I am sitting here and typing these words at this particular point.I could be altering my life by thinking more about the result before making a decision but not just making choices curtly and hope for luck. Maybe I will put more effort on studying inside of making guessing on multiple choices .
3. Relating to "Feynman's Flower" how does science broaden your appreciation of life and beauty? Give examples of your own life where you found something out from science that made you appreciate an ordinary thing or object much more?
"Feynman 's Flower" reminds me the beauty of life and science in many ways .One example will be the shape of snow, if you look at the snowflake under a magnifier ,you will surprise by how the snowflake looks so symmetry in anyway .Another example will be the way bees building their nest in the shape of hexagon which is pretty science .I start to appreciate bugs , I found then are actually helping people a lot , like bees .Without bees gathering honey and pollinating ,we will not able to have most of our food .
