1. Why is Faqir Chand's experiences important in understanding the projective nature of religious visions and miracles?
When it comes to the understanding of projective nature of religious vision and miracles, Faqir Chands’ experience are important due to the fact that they explain how these vision and manifestation occurred. Faqir’s quest for God-Realization caused him to become obsessed with these visions and at one point became seriously ill, and in his ill state had a vision of a guru. His bibliography narrates another instance in which Faqir was in a near death situation, and received a vision. Faqir began to question his devout belief in these visions and his guru, when he realized that these vision were “a projection of his own mind” (Lane, 96). From this point on Faqir changes his viewpoint in visions and manifestation, and searches for the truth in a different perspective. The importance in understand his background is that a person realizes that the vision that Faqir experiences were not a supernatural event, and that it was a point where his brain caused him believe certain realities in order to make him survival. The Theory of virtual simulate takes play in Faqir past and is able to explain is vision is a scientific way. Miracles and religious vision can occur simply as a result of brain function.

2. What is meant by the phrase, "philosophy done well is science; philosophy done poorly remains philosophy."
Philosophy can be defined as a way to observe the world around us and then to ponder questions. Through philosophy a person is trying to determine the truth in the universe, and therefore continuously seeks for it. Similarly Science also want to establish fact regarding why things occur the way that they do. The phrase, "philosophy done well is science; philosophy done poorly remains philosophy,” establishes that the proper observation of the universe will bring forward empirical data that can be utilized to create theories on how things work, and improper observation is still the pondering of how the universe works. Neuralsurfer’s YouTube video, “The Remainder Conjecture: Driving Science to the Brink of an Epistemological Cul de Sac” states that the benefit of advocating the approach of using empirical method to explain a phenomenon, while forcing once self to approach it through every logical explanation first, is that at the end even if an explanation is not formed, a sound philosophical discussion an still be formed.
