Introduction

Hi everyone, my name is Jennifer. I am a nursing major here at Mt. SAC. I have two boys ages 3 and 6, along with work, and 13 units this semester so it's safe to say I'm pretty busy. In my spare time I like to read and am intrigued by some of the required reading for this class. I've never taken philosophy before and the whole field is pretty new to me. I think in philosophy we will learn to see things from different perspectives and find it exhilarating to see things from a new perspective. In this class I hope to learn what philosophy is all about and look forward to the journey we will take in this class.
