- Life alone is such a beautiful piece of science. Knowing that we have so much energy within us is pretty extraordinary! We, humanity, are more than ordinary so, now knowing what we hold is insane, and gives me the feeling of being hyped for humanity. I never gave it much thought or any thought at all actually of what we're made up of after breaking it down to the last bit. Now that I'm processing this thought, it makes me feel like I can do anything, and that we should do everything in our power to do it. However, I also feel like in two or three days I will forget how amazing we are because this thought of being made up of atoms is such an abstract thought to me, but I hope I won't.
- Take chances whenever you can. Just go for it because the probabilities are, most likely, 50/50 that you get it your way. Maybe if you did not make that left turn on Temple ST. you wouldn't be here right now. So, I mean if we're here because a slight probability that our universe got chosen to begin humanity then screw the odds and go for it. Whenever I'm indecisive I will 98% of the time go with my gut, because what is there to loose? In my opinion, nothing. So, probability does change my philosophy on life in a way that I did not know it could; to take every chance you get.
- Photosynthesis. My mother adores every single plant, flower in her garden, and when I was small I would love picking out some to place within my braid. I used to take the beauty of flowers for granted, until I learned about photosynthesis in my Biology class. I then found the inner beauty of such plant. Another example in where science altered my appreciation on a simple object was when I took Physics my Junior year in High School. I travel a lot during the summer each year therefore, I board various airplanes, but never really admired the science background of how an airplane actually flies until, of course in physics.
