Why is there a conflict between science and religion ?
Today there is a great deal of advancement in the knowledge of science. For example in the past leprosy was incurable. Today that same disease is curable with the help of knowledge, by trial and error science has found a way to find a cure. With so much good done by advancement through science yet their are people who do not appreciate the gift of knowledge. As Blaise Pascal once wrote those with little faith have little doubt and those with great faith have great doubt (Matter vs Spirit 20140. Faith is not believing, is not motivation to reach for the unseen. Faith (innate) is in us all for example when a baby reaches for its first meal out from the womb the baby reaches out believing that food will be there the baby cry's out and gets feed by the mother. In religion faith must have a foundation that will honor the innate faith the same way the baby believes it will get feed.
Today there is so much conflict between science and religion not because of the evidence but due to the lack of knowledge and that is the root of conflict between science and religion. Faith is certain knowledge.
